Stomp Pad app for iPhone and iPad

Stomp Pad is a simple musical instrument for playing beats. The two large pads are duration sensitive and positioned for play with your thumbs so you can easily tap out a beat. Pad sounds are separately selected by touching on the Pad Sound labels to step through the available sounds. This free version has 32 different percussive sounds commonly used for accompanying acoustic musical instrument performance including 12 bass drums, 10 snare drums, 7 HiHats, 2 Claps, Tambourine, and Finger Clicks.

External MIDI devices, such as Superinteractives Stomp Pad, can be used to play the Pads (MIDI note C2 and D2) and a particular MIDI device or MIDI network session is selected by tapping on the MIDI label to access a menu of available devices.

The timer in the top right allows you to keep track of your playing time, it is activated by touching on the Time label. Touch Reset label to reset the default settings.
